Our Coaching contracts tend to last for 12 sessions or approximately 6 months, as people take time to develop and create new habits.
Budget: our Coaching Services range from $100-$800 per hour. The variation of prices has to do with the tenure of our coaches as well as depth of experience. Please note what your budget is, so we can match you appropriately.

Please note Coaching is not suited to support Mental Health Disorders. If you suspect you have severe anxiety, depression, or if you have a substance addiction, our coaches will not be able to help you in this area. If you would like coaching in addition to therapy, we can work in tandem with your therapist.
